Advanced Cooling

•    30 inch high raised floor for continuous air flow
•    Domed cold-aisles to direct cooled air and prevent warm air from circulating back
•    Blanking panels ensure the cold air goes through the hardware, not just across the outside surfaces
•    Variable speed drives on the CRAC units tied to temperature and pressure sensors
•    Extra-large warm air returns creating efficient movement of warm air away from the racks

Advanced Power

•    Physical separation for the A & B UPS and ATS systems enhancing the survival if a problem arises
•    True A/B power delivery system throughout the data center
•    Dual substation feeds to multiple entry points in the building with redundancy all the way up
•    Very low cost per kWh compared to most areas in the country
•    Backup generators with minimum 48 hour runtime
